Factor is a digital creative agency founded in sunny Oakland, California, with a client roster including Google, Brex, Coinbase, Waymo, Shopify, and more. Our shop was founded in 2013 by two creative directors who sought to build an agency run by creatives, with a singular focus on stunning creative work.

About the role
As a Senior Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating beautiful digital experiences from concept to final execution while collaborating with other designers, copywriters, creative leads, project managers, and clients. Our work ranges from email, social, websites, and display ad campaigns.
We have a strong remote work culture and most of us are located across North America, and beyond. You'll be expected to work, collaborate, and attend meetings in U.S. time zones. This role can be located anywhere in México within PST to EST time.
What you’ll be doing
Come up with smart, groundbreaking interactive concepts that meet Factor and/or client objectives, whether it’s for email campaigns, websites or banner ads.
Design those concepts to a beautiful, highly polished level using responsive design principles.
Help enforce Factor and/or the client’s style guidelines for the projects you work on.
Be very flexible and adaptable to internal and/or client feedback.
Work closely with project managers to ensure your project stays on schedule.
Brainstorm, concept and collaborate with creative leads, other designers, writers, and project managers.
Be hands-on with execution skills and able to handle multiple projects at one time.
Present creative work to leadership at Factor.
Qualifications
8+ years Design experience in a related field. Must have experience at either an interactive design agency or an in-house creative department.
Proficient with industry-standard design tools and practices (Figma is a must).
A polished interactive design portfolio in English that contains stunning web and mobile designs for consumer-facing brands.
Ability to successfully articulate design concepts and intent to your team and/or clients.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Experience leading a project from conception to execution.
High comfort level with creating presentation decks, presenting work to internal stakeholders, and working with stakeholders to address their feedback.
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
Willing to accept constructive creative feedback from your creative director, peers, Factor leadership, and clients, and come up with smart solutions based on that feedback.
Confidence without arrogance. We don’t have any prima donnas or large egos at Factor. Life is too short to be full of ourselves.
