• Support the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems.
• Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for systems such as HVAC, Fire Pump station, RO Plant, UPS, and Air Compressor.
• Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Make sure all facility operations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives through equipment upgrades or process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and EHS teams to solve facility-related issues and maintain smooth factory operations.
• Participate in projects related to facility expansion, system upgrades, and the installation of new equipment.

• High school or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3~8years of hands‑on experience in facility or utility management, preferably in the electrical or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of building and facility systems (e.g.,HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection).
• Familiar with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and standard maintenance procedures.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills with experience leading small technical teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other relevant software is preferred.
