We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, a passion for talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent to support our organization’s growth and success.

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create job descriptions that reflect those needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

• Minimum 4+ years experience of talent acquisition experience in recruiting Financial, Marketing, Sales, Accounting roles.
• Minimum 4+ years experience of talent acquisition experience in recruiting IT roles.
• Minimum 2+ years experience working for a Consulting or Staffing Empresa.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of working on applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Accustomed to working in a fast‑paced environment
