Puesto Summary

As a Strategy & Operations Consultant to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate bridges strategy and execution, thrives in high-pressure environments, and delivers measurable impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop analytical models and apply consulting frameworks (MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking, issue trees).
• Participate in end-to-end transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in English.
• Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in México and the U.S.
• Maintain a high level of ownership, accountability, and professional ethics.

Who You Are:

Education & Experience:

• 2–3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related roles
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analysis
• Strong analytical skills + advanced Excel
• Excellent communication & storytelling (English C1+)
• Structured thought process and strong ownership mindset.
