Puesto Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

The Talent Management Partner plays a critical role in supporting Talent Management operations by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support across North America (NA) and select global initiatives

.

Responsibilitie

  • Perform tasks within Empresa Academy related to training administration, training records, reporting, end-user support, and help requests.
  • Manage and respond to Empresa -Training inbox inquiries, including support for mandatory compliance training.
  • Maintain communication with the Empresa Master Data team for SAP updates impacting Empresa Academy.
  • Maintain and update Peak Performance application data and troubleshoot end-user issues with a deep understanding of the app’s functionality and configuration, generate reports.
  • Support Talent Review processes, including Power BI reporting for global HR partners.
  • Compile and analyze data from multiple systems for executive reporting.
  • Learn and adopt new systems and develop training resources for global HR partners.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of IT, HR, or Learning Systems preferred.
  • Communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to take on new tasks, projects, and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment without direct supervision
