About the Role:

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Tijuana, México. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of warehousing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced environment.

English communication skills are required, and resumes must be submitted in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipping and receiving procedures are strictly followed and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Delegate tasks and workloads equitably across warehouse team members to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain a smooth, accurate, and efficient flow of shipping and receiving activities.
• Coordinate closely with Production Supervisors, Managers, Planners, Buyers, and the Finance team to optimize shipping and receiving efficiency.
• Foster strong communication and working relationships with warehouse staff to monitor and improve team performance.
• Ensure the systematic implementation of receiving and shipping processes.
• Ensure all finished goods (FG) inventory is accurately tracked and maintained with a high level of accuracy.
• Oversee proper filing and system entry of all shipping and receiving documentation to maintain compliance and traceability.
• Monitor the status of all incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent delays.
• Verify that all shipments are packed correctly according to defined standards.

Requirements

• High school graduate with at least 2 years of relevant warehousing experience.
• Capable of working on the night shift if required.
• English communication skills are required (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Forklift operation certification is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle/ERP systems is a plus.
