The ideal candidate for this Puesto is responsible for building the Empresa’s client

base by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. This is a true

hunter role focused on outbound sales, where success is driven by consistent

prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, mass

email campaigns, networking, referrals, social media, and other outreach

strategies.

- Maintain high level of sales activity, including 50+ outbound calls per week and

consistent outbound email prospecting.

- Develop and manage relationships with hotels and short-term rental properties.

- Build and maintain an healthy B2B Sales pipeline from initial prospecting through

signed agreements.

- Present the Empresa’s short-term rental management services and

communicate the value of partnering with us.

- Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for

new partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business

growth.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account

Management.

- Previous business development experience in the hotel, hospitality, or short-term

rental industry is required.

- Familiarity with South Florida hospitality and short-term rental market.

- Proven track record of prospecting, generating leads, negotiating, and closing

deals.

- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com.

- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and building a network

from the ground up.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
