Client Operations Coordinator

Ubicación: Remote – México

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary connection between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between clients, consultants, and support specialists, ensuring requests are routed efficiently, communication remains clear, and customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey.

What You'll Do

? Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct proactive customer check-ins and follow-ups
  • Ensure customers receive timely updates and support
  • Help improve overall customer satisfaction and engagement

Client Coordination & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as the bridge between customers and internal consultants, specialists, and support teams
  • Route customer requests to the appropriate internal resource for resolution
  • Coordinate communication across multiple departments to keep requests moving forward
  • Gather information from customers and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams
  • Follow up proactively to ensure customer needs are addressed and expectations are met
  • Advocate for customers internally while maintaining alignment with Empresa processes and priorities

Support Coordination

  • Review and assign incoming customer requests to the appropriate consultant or specialist
  • Monitor support queues and follow up on open items
  • Guide customers through support processes and available resources
  • Ensure requests are tracked accurately and resolved efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and customer notes within CRM systems

Customer Experience Ownership

  • Take ownership of the customer journey from request intake through resolution
  • Monitor ongoing requests and ensure customers receive timely updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience
  • Build trusted relationships that encourage long-term customer engagement
  • Help customers maximize the value of available services and solutions
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects a high standard of professionalism and care

Licensing & Administrative Support

  • Process Microsoft licensing orders, renewals, updates, and audits
  • Assist customers with licensing-related inquiries
  • Coordinate customer communications and administrative requests
  • Support internal teams with customer-related operational processes

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Coordination, Client Services, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Experience serving as a primary point of contact for customers
  • Experience coordinating requests between customers and internal teams
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft 365

Compensation

Payroll: 22,500 MXN – 28,000 MXN
