About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Analyst. The Puesto will provide in-depth financial analysis to support critical commercial business decisions within the NVH Performance Materials business. Activities performed offer broad exposure to customer business unit activities. The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You’ll Primero hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the Sig step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. We pride ourselves on moving through processes quickly, and you can be sure of transparency and prompt communication throughout.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial contract pricing file, tracking any changes driven by raw material indices that would require customer contract price updates for NVH Key Account Managers in North America
- Manage several tier 1 customers located in México region, including new product quotes, ensuring timely recovery of customer payments in-line with customer purchase order Términos y Condiciones
- Responsible for onboarding of new customers and new customer Ubicacións in support of Key Account Managers
- Analyze large files of data and consolidate into charts, tables, and PowerPoint for top management requests and decisions.
- Assist NVH Sales team with data analysis to identify risks and opportunities within Tenneco NVH
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends and present actionable information and insights to team members and management
- Work with a cross-functional team of Business Unit, Operations, and Finance teams across Tenneco.
- Manage prototype sales orders for NPI
- Assist in managing the accounts payables process and associated customer escalation process
Qualifications
Minimum of an Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting preferred
Required Skills
- Minimum of three (3) years of business experience
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- SAP
- Power BI
- English Advanced
