About the Puesto:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager (Brand Specialist) to acquire, onboard, and grow local and global brands within our marketplace. This role is responsible for managing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, optimizing product performance, and ensuring strong brand representation across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new local and global brand partners aligned with marketplace growth objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building long-term relationships and driving commercial performance.
- Lead brand onboarding and ensure successful integration into the marketplace ecosystem.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and assortment performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Advise brands on pricing, promotions, assortment strategy, and marketplace best practices.
- Ensure high-quality product content, strong brand representation, and competitive marketplace Puestoing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, launches, and business growth initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable business insights.
- Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and account growth plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Brand Management, or Marketplace Operations.
- Proven ability to grow strategic accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital merchandising, product management, and marketplace operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Ability to transform data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, commercial mindset, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
