Job Role

The Foreign Sales Manager will lead business development and regional sales expansion activities, focusing on industrial packaging machinery and automated production solutions. The role is responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle, from market development and lead generation to contract negotiation and strategic account management.

This Puesto requires a commercially driven professional with strong experience in capital equipment sales, dealer channel management, and industrial manufacturing markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening distribution networks, and supporting cross-border project execution with headquarters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and market expansion plans across the industrial packaging sector.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients, distributors, and dealer network partners.
  • Manage the full B2B sales process including lead generation, technical presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Organize trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and commercial marketing activities to promote machinery solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturing clients and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing developments, and industrial policy changes.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, logistics, and after-sales teams to support project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and regional market intelligence updates for headquarters.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within the paper cup machinery or paper food packaging machinery industry.
  • Proven track record in selling paper cup production machines, paper food packaging machinery, or related converting and packaging equipment.
  • Strong understanding of paper packaging manufacturing processes, production equipment, and customer requirements within the paper food packaging sector.
  • Experience in channel development, distributor management, dealer network expansion, and enterprise account acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing long-cycle sales processes, commercial negotiations, and high-value capital equipment transactions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Independent, target-driven, and capable of managing regional business development activities with minimal supervision.
  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Mandarin proficiency would be considered a strong advantage for cross-border communication and business coordination.
