The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively
supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business
Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive
services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also
participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and
professional skills.
As part of the Financial Strategy and Planning team you are expected to support financial
policies, reporting systems, and engagement economics. As a Senior Associate you are
expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You are
expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the
business context, while managing and inspiring others to deliver quality work.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial problems
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Financial plannings and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, results analysis)
- Exposure to S4 financial system required and OneStream planning system preferred
- Core accounting skills and submission of journal entries to S4
- Gain a profound understanding of financial context
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver quality work
What You Must Have
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced conversational English level

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Making decisions independently and resolving challenging issues
- Leveraging technical financial knowledge to analyze data
- Providing insight and reporting on results
- Collaborating with strategic enablers and finance staff
- Participating in special projects and proposing solutions
- Rotating into other Senior Associate roles within Finance
- Delivering messages to leadership and stakeholders
- Offering recommendations for technology utilization
