Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- +6 months of experience of recruitment processes specially interns / entry levels.
-Interested in participating in university events and building strong relationships with university points of contact.
-Interested in recruiting a large volume of candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- English Advanced skills
