As an Associate Delivery Partner within our Enterprise Solutions team, you'll play a critical role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services to our clients: sourcing the right talent, keeping the process moving, and building the kind of candidate and stakeholder relationships that make Hays the world's leading recruitment expert.

What You'll Do

Build Lasting Relationships

You'll develop strong working relationships with key internal contacts, act as a trusted advisor to candidates, and share your market knowledge to help clients make better hiring decisions. You'll contribute to both individual placement targets and team goals — and when you spot opportunities to improve, you'll speak up.

Deliver an Efficient, Compliant Process

From vacancy release to offer and aftercare, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle in line with Hays' Standard Operating Procedures. You'll develop targeted sourcing and attraction strategies, build and maintain talent pools, coordinate interviews, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects the Hays standard.

Use Technology and Data Purposefully

You'll be a reliable steward of data — keeping both Hays and client systems accurate and up to date in real time. Whether it's logging activity, generating reports, or flagging data quality issues, you'll treat system integrity as a core part of the job, not an afterthought.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or a recruitment coordination role
• Bilingual English and Spanish — professional proficiency in both
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technology (OneTouch, 3SS, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
• A collaborative mindset — you share knowledge and ask for help when you need it
