We are seeking a Director of Operational Excellence & Strategic Programs, a senior leader capable of transforming global operations by integrating Engineering, Operations, and PMO excellence. This role requires a visionary with deep experience in Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Program Management, NPI, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma, Global Operations, and CAPEX/OPEX Investment Management. The ideal candidate brings a strong ability to lead multi‑regional programs, deliver measurable business impact, and drive organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise‑level Operational Excellence initiatives, including Lean transformations, productivity programs, and cost‑reduction strategies.
Oversee and execute strategic programs across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and PMO functions.
Direct New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from feasibility to global launch, ensuring robust processes and accelerated time‑to‑market.
Manage and optimize CAPEX/OPEX portfolios, aligning investments with long‑term business strategy and ROI requirements.
Implement industrial automation and engineering solutions that improve productivity, quality, and sustainability.
Drive cross‑functional alignment with global leadership teams, ensuring operational maturity and continuous improvement.
Build and mentor high‑performance teams focused on technical excellence and operational quality.
Ideal Candidate
Senior leader with experience in Operational Excellence, Engineering Leadership, PMO, or Global Operations.
Proven track record leading global or multi‑site programs with demonstrated business impact.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in P&L‑linked initiatives, process optimization, and productivity improvement.
Ability to lead transformation, influence stakeholders, and execute high‑complexity strategies across regions.
