Finance Intern

Puesto Objective

Support the Finance team in the management of purchase requisitions and provide technical support to OA system users. The role will also contribute to the implementation of the OA system in Acuña and Monclova, supporting key phases such as development, testing, training, and launch, while assisting in improving internal approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Key purchase requisitions in the TAS system from OA.
• Provide technical support to OA system users.
• Assist users with questions related to the OA system and requisition processes.
• Support data accuracy and validation of purchase requisitions in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper requisition processing.
• Participate in system testing activities during the OA system implementation.
• Support training activities for users during the system rollout.
• Assist with documentation and tracking of requisition and system processes.

Internship Goals

• Support the implementation of the OA system in Acuña and Monclova Ubicacións.
• Participate in the Development phase of the OA system implementation.
• Support the Test phase to ensure proper system functionality.
• Assist in Training activities for system users.
• Support the Launch phase according to the Q1 2026 implementation plan.
• Participate in technical discussions with the Core team in AH.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives after the Go-Live.
• Contribute to reducing the approval time from initial record to 7 days by the end of Q2 2026.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6th semester or above.
• Availability to complete a 6 to 12-month internship.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
