About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive SHEIN’s local market growth through impactful, data-driven, and culturally relevant marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with structure, and knows how to connect global brand vision with local execution.

You will play a key role in shaping brand presence, building strong partnerships, and leading high-performing teams while collaborating closely with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with global brand objectives.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, media partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive the planning and execution of pop-up stores and retail activations.
• Design and deliver brand events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (fashion, retail, or consumer brands preferred).
• Mandatory experience in Marketplace and/or E-commerce environments
• Proven experience in influencer marketing and local campaign execution.
• Strong background in events, sponsorships, and pop-up retail activations.
• Experience working with Chinese companies or collaborating with Chinese teams is highly preferred.
• Strong local network and market knowledge.
• A goal-oriented and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in cross-regional and international environments.
• Data-driven thinker with the ability to measure and optimize performance.
• Fluent in English.
