The Puesto:

We are looking for two new 1st Level Support and Operation profiles for SCADA systems and renewable energy generation asset control centers, who are passionate about working on improving global sustainability through innovative development of power plant control software solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Customer support for incident resolution on renewable energy plant monitoring and control systems.
• Follow-up, validation and closure of incidents.
• Follow-up of escalation procedures to internal and external teams.
• Management of alerts and execution of proactive activities under procedure.
• Execution of preventive actions under procedure
• Operation of renewable energy generation assets.

Your skills and experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar functions
• Vocational training medium or higher degree in Microcomputing and networks/computer systems administration/electronics and robotics/computer engineering/telecommunications...
• Knowledge of communication networks
• Knowledge in DB (MYSQL/SQL/ORACLE)
• English: minimum B2 (test will be done)

Valuable knowledge:

• Programming knowledge.
• Knowledge in renewable energies and industrial communication protocols (IEC-104, DNP3, OPC and Modbus).
• Knowledge in ITIL methodology.
