Puesto Summary
This role provides technical support to heavy‑duty truck customers via a call center. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, emails, and chats; troubleshooting product questions; cross‑referencing part numbers; and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Answer calls, emails, and chats from customers needing technical support, part‑number cross‑referencing, product applications, and troubleshooting.
Find solutions for customers, recommend new products when appropriate, and explain repair procedures with step‑by‑step instructions.
Handle an average of 30+ calls per day and manage call tickets throughout the support process.
Use product literature, data sheets, CVS‑PLM, and B2Bendix.com to address customer needs.
Navigate customers through Bendix.com and serve as the liaison between customers and the Customer Solutions Team.
Work holidays and outside normal hours to support 24/7 operations.
Knowledge & Experience
Basic understanding of commercial air brake systems.
Knowledge of a call ticketing system is a plus.
0–3 years of technical support experience.

Intermediate English; Spanish service required; bilingual is a plus.
Education
Technical school certificate or technical associate degree.
