The role involves full ownership of both the client relationship and the overall recruitment project. Because of this, it is essential that the candidate has strong skills in stakeholder management, project management, and capacity planning and tracking. Additionally, this role includes direct people management responsibility for at least two Recruiters, who will support the execution of the different candidate searches in the market. The role requires someone who is bilingual (English–Spanish) and based in México City, as the ability to visit the client’s offices when needed is an important part of the Puesto. We are looking for a professional with a strategic business mindset and the ability to make real‑time decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for both the recruitment process and the overall project performance. This Puesto reports directly to the Client Services leadership and is part of the Enterprise Solutions LATAM team, which manages RPO clients across Latin America. Please note that the salary range is flexible, as we are open to assessing candidates at different seniority levels and identifying where they provide the best overall fit for the role and the project. Team management/stakeholder management/project management ~ Need to be analytical and ablet o explain KPIs and data to clients and to team ~ Bilingual – English and Spanish ~ Traditionally the working hours are 8:30 to 18hrs, but we are flexible (we work only from Monday to Friday).
